LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

NourishingTapestry is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to the possibility of one or more packages incurring custom fees upon arrival in your country.

Typical delivery is within 3-5 business days. Express shipping may be faster.

Max delivery time: 7 business days.

For certain shipping companies, tracking information may take 1-5 business days to update. If more than 5 business days have passed since your order and there is still no information, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was requested.
